Having been to Japan several times with their sakura flavoured things and sakura petals as garnish. I approve. Though not with that ghastly colour combination and that very chewy off tasting bolted coriander leaf.

I know. The coriander has just gone early after this week, it was dark, it was late, I was hungry when picking it and I’m all out of excuses now :(
