196 currently does not have a banner, and that just feels wrong. I have decided that the solution to this is to host a community contest! Link your submissions in the comments as embedded images, and the most upvoted one will become the community banner! Creating original content is encouraged, but not required.
Feel free to re-crop and adjust as required.
