Is there a website that shows a list of dead instances and how long they were alive and why they died? I think that would be a cool website. It could be for Lemmy, Kbin, Mastodon, and everywhere else in the Fediverse!
Something like Google Graveyard: https://killedbygoogle.com/ for everyone’s reference.
i would expect something like that could be setup on https://fedidb.org/ with its current data
Why not a community
!lemmyinstancegraveyard@lemmy.world
And a community for peertube and plume instances
!peertubeinstancegraveyard@lemmy.world
!plumeinstancegraveyard@lemmy.world
Someone on kbin could make a kbin graveyard community.
Can you stop just creating communities and actually moderate them instead? Anyone can manage to make them and they sure as hell don’t need you to be the mod there when doing so.
Good point
Morton up in here spreading free salt.
Did you want to help moderate? If you do, please leave a comment on a community post. Until then, I will moderate them.
I’m cool with you moderating them! Please do! So far you’re just creating communities and doing nothing with them.
Just getting the ball rolling, that is all
Why are you like this?
If you wanted a lemmy graveyard instance community, would you create it, find others to help moderate it and get the ball rolling? The answer is most likely not. That is why I make these communities, so they exist and to get them going.
But that’s not what’s happening. All you do is spam about having vomited up another bunch of stillbirths that nobody asked for.
Stop.
Please stop making new communities.
But it’s empty.
