Hi from hessen. Stop reading „mainstream“ propaganda and read independent news like the taz (horizontally organized newspaper owned by employees and subscribers afaik) or 404 media.
The billionaire media is the equivalent of the german „volksempfänger“ that was only built to stream nazi propaganda into households.
We’re on the same page, but it doesn’t solve the problem of everyone else’s toxic media diet. Change comes from within, I guess?
Actually, I dont think change comes from within, ever. Change comes from people organizing, always has. All positive change has come by people agreeing on one small thing and making it happen.
For example, people in germany are starting to agree that fascism is not an option, 10.000 at a time. The mainstream media is doing everything to coopt it but without success so far.
Go take a walk with your fellow citizens, read, talk, listen and take action. Thats the only way.
