Yeah. Definitely bring food and drinks. Bring a book, phone charger, the whole shabang. You will be there all day and night. It’s not something you just go do for the afternoon.

I don’t know about bringing too much though. My hospital will through everything you bring in, even in the ER. It’s a hassle.
