A hospital lost a part of a Georgia man's skull and charged him $19,000 for a synthetic skull piece replacement that had to be removed after it became infected, a lawsuit by the patient alleges.
Not even that, multiple bone flaps had incomplete information.
You can’t fucking guess and check here based on being thorough with the other sections of skull? Nope. This means they did this shit with one other person at the very least. That comment alone is enough to win this case based on negligence.
The problem isnt that the skull was lost. I get that part…shit happens. Its the $19k charge for replacing what they lost that isnt ok
