    I still vote because I think it’s a more public display of dissatisfaction with electoral politics to do a “throwing your vote away” thing. Not sure if it actually is or not but it feels right to me.

      yea plus there’s usually some dumb chud bullshit on the ballot locally that i have to vote against, or getting a less piece of shit chud sheriff or whatever, maybe a demsoc that will eventually grift the city is running for city council idk

      I vote because the ballot gets mailed to me where I live and I just have to put it back in the mailbox. At that point not voting just feels lazy more than anything else. Occasionally there is some good shit to vote for in local elections at least.

      I vote just to vote no on all the local judges because I assume if you’re able to win reelection as a judge you don’t deserve to be a judge.
