I’ve seen at least two videos on Youtube where the hosts were telling other people in the video to watch their hands/fingers when it was closing. I’m guessing no one wants to try it. Oh, and there was that video where someone chopped a bunch of carrots with a Cybertruck, so there is something to this.
They also look approachable from a home repair aspect. I drive a PT Cruiser Chrysler before and Jesus christ the motor was made for ants, I couldn’t fit my hands anywhere and any repair needed other things removed that were in the way.

To be fair my little Civic could snap carrots if I close the trunk on it.

No to the first question and yes to the second. Got it specifically cause of its low price.
