        Not really imo, if someone walks up to you and keeps pressuring you to talk when you don’t want to and you repeatedly make it known I’d definitely consider that harassment, just basic human decency really to respect someone’s desire to not engage.

          Sure but an email is a lot easier ignored and I don’t really see the tone of them to be harassing or rude.
