All your context-dependent examples are verbs, whereas “enshitification” is a noun - a state of being. That’s why it fills a gap in English. Otherwise you need an entire sentence to describe that process A happened to B thing and the result is C state. It doesn’t seem intellectual at all to me, I mean it has the word shit in it and its closest contender for meaning is probably “fuckedupness”.
