I saw this post and wanted to ask the opposite. What are some items that really aren’t worth paying the expensive version for? Preferably more extreme or unexpected examples.

    Yep. About to move to Malaysia for that purpose. No capital gains tax, income tax capped at 31% vs. 45 currently, and overall lower cost of living.

    Taking my job with me, no changes. Take that, tax man.
