i doubt ubi will ever see the light, at least in countries that welcomes migrants to have cheaper labor like the us or something. rich countries that want to preserve their ethnic majority and could afford it like sweden or denmark could use ubi to promote breeding and help maintain their ethnic group to stay dominant, count wise. japan, france or italy seem like favorable candidates of ubi. canada, us, uk: not so much
