I can’t help but notice the Greens never seem to run downticket elections. They always want to start at the top. Fuck the Libertarians, but at least they run for everything down to dog catcher.
American democracy fucks itself. We don’t need to do anything. Let it fuck itself till it’s dead and while it’s doing that gain knowledge of life in chaos. Millions of criminals are way ahead of regular people.

Sounds like a young man’s game. Maybe take hope in that there are plenty of other ways to learn the same lesson without a level of chaos that leads to massive suffering? It can always seems like the last straw but Dylan had that lyric “it looks like it’s dying but it’s hardly been born”.
The states have a population of what like 300 million? They shouldn’t suffer because less than 10% chose selfishness?
Hope comes from people like you and I digging in and saying NO. Change is hard, it should be, but resigning to chaos is worse.
