He fired a lead engineer who told him they can’t control how many people engage with his tweets. So he made it so that EVERYONE gets to see his tweets in their feed. Queue mass blocking of him and now he’s upset.
I could actually seeing that being the reason he’s doing this. Nothing a narcissist hates more than people ignoring them.
