Ah dang, It was something on Audible but I nuked my account there (Amazon, ew). I believe the same thing is available on Waking Up. I AM meditation.
I wasn’t able to get into Dilulo. I get a whiff of someone who maybe got some profound experiences but hasn’t really integrated them.
I love anything Adyashanti! I’m currently fixated on this conversation he has with a young man who is somewhere in the final fetters.
