Ah, from the phrase I thought you meant Brazilians. But I wonder how they measure that, because as far as any census is concerned I’m an Italian living in Spain, when in reality I was born in Argentina.
By passport only I believe, since Portuguese can live in Luxembourg indefinitely, they hardly ever get citizenship. Brazilians I guess would if they qualify, and by that time they’d be counted as Luxemburgers.
In Luxembourg it’s actual Portuguese, not Brazilians.
