I’ve got this setup on my car stereo (android based): Cheap numpad from alibaba with mechanical keys (around 10 Euros) T9 keyboard app from fdroid. Types in addresses into comaps way faster and safer than the screen keyboard and can navigate my mp3 folders easily to play music.

I’ve seeded on a router from 2013 with 128 mb ram. Transmission client runs on openwrt. It was running all the time as an access point anyways I think using around 4 watts of power. 128 mb of ram was cutting it rather close and I had to add a swap file but the system was running stable. If you have an old router compatible with openwrt and an USB port to add an external hdd you can build yourself a very cheap and power efficient seedbox.I think the xiaomi mir3g has the same chipset at double the ram. Those can be bought for around 15-20 Euros used in my region.

Mediathekview (Programm) (läuft auf kodi linux, Windows, macos(?)) Auf Android zapp genannt (fdroid). Damit kann man den Gesamtkatalog der öffis durchsuchen und dann streamen/downloaden. Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Nee Liste mit Banken, die wero übers Webinterface anbieten wäre knorke. Würde einen Bankwechsel in Erwägung ziehen, die DKB kommt nicht aus dem Knick, was Wero angeht, Sofortüberweisung haben die auch schon bis auf dem letzten Moment herausgezögert und teilweise funktioniert we es einfach immer noch nicht. Überweisung innerhalb Deutschlands scheint zu klappen, EU-weit gibts immer Transaction failed. Hab ich vorher ehrlich gesagt noch nie erlebt, das eine Transaktion meiner Bank einfach failed.

I bought one of those used for my daughter a couple of years ago. It was quite the hassle to replace the apple firmware win with rockbox, but it’s been working well since then. It’s copy and paste mp3s now instead of using apples spying bloatware just to get a few files onto the device. The battery is not great but still lasts a couple of hours after 15(?) years.

Try not to run on tiptoes. You can land flat or front to heel, whatever comes naturally. The heel needs to touch the ground with every step, though. It’s a typical beginners mistake to misinterpret forefoot strike as running on tiptoes only. Small steps high cadence, land right underneath your body with each step, run as if stepping over hot coals.

You would be surprised this is not even close to the limit of human endurance. There is for example the spartathlon run (250 km in two days) and the extended version, where people run from Athens to Sparta and back again in 4 days like the messenger of old did. That’s 500 km in 4 days.

I don’t know why this gets downvoted. Xmpp is my solution as well. Lightweight, selfhostable and federated, it’s just a great solution. Briar is good as well and probably one of the best solutions if your are an activist/journalist. But it will eat your battery as all p2p solutions will. Is you host your own xmpp server at home, that’s really as secure as it will get imho.

I don’t understand why you would even stream anything at all. You don’t even need a separate device nowadays to carry around a very large library of music (mps3 or even flacs).

It always looked like you would catch at least one Trojan per download, but it’s the real deal if you are looking for cracked game.exes or at least it was back in the day.

I think it’s pretty cool this issue is actually addressed in the witcher (action rpg). At the very end you get confronted by Death (personified). He blames you for all the pain and suffering you caused and that he has to follow your footsteps wherever you go and asks you to give up as the world would be a better place without you. You can decide to give in or to fight him, if I remember correctly. It’s really one of my favourite moments in video games history and really worth considering the good you as the witcher have done vs the pain you caused. If you think it’s moral to measure life vs life you can definitely share Deaths opinion.

The witcher still holds up today and I think is worth playing if you haven’t yet.

There is also bcl on fdroid, requires no dongle but root access, as it just changes some lines in a config file on the root partition.

Ps3 pads can be bought very cheaply used. I replaced the battery on mine (they are to old in most pads today), but did not bother doing it for the kids pads. They work well enough with a USB cable connection.
