Is anyone else receiving this error when adding an account? The instance icon appears, then reverts to the Thunder icon when I enter my user info. Unable to log in all afternoon.

    Hey! Is this issue still occurring? As some others have mentioned, it could have been during the downtime when the instance was performing an update

      No longer, thanks for following up! I thought the update happened earlier, which is why I was so puzzled that I couldn’t access the instance.
