    [Dr ] Woodside conceded “any facts contained within that section that accurately describe Mr. Nettleton are a matter of coincidence. It was, in fact, not written about Mr. Nettleton.”

    So the doctor admitted on the stand that huge sections of his report were copy and pasted from another report he wrote and has nothing to do with the case at hand, but he still tried to claim his report’s conclusion is valid. I can see why the judge refused to accept him as an expert.

    Now they have to review all the other reports he’s submitted in other cases to see how many are inaccurate copy and paste jobs. Oof.

      Better “ban” him too as I bet his next report will have parts written by ChatGPT
