    That’s depressing. Yet somehow I find myself still arguing with people who think it is all a scam.

    54 GtCO2e/year or roughly 40GtCO2/year from consuming ~ 13GtC/year. Until the ~ 1TtC of accessible carbon is all gone. Leading to > 5C rise with temperatures and CO2 concentration not falling back to pre-industrial for ~200k years.
