That’s like saying “don’t resist when you’re getting raped, so you won’t get hurt.”
It’s worse.
Rapists didn’t have to take and pass a bunch of tests on stuff like “don’t hit people; use your brakes to avoid danger and accidents; there is no right of way for acts that are blatantly reckless (or worse).”
