I don’t know why the Jets couldn’t have just made Hackett the QB coach and tacked on an associate head coach title if they needed to hire him to lure Rodgers. It’s not like any team was knocking down Hackett’s door to hire him as offensive coordinator.
This team is pathetic. And instead of trying to make any changes and salvaging this season they’re focused on pumping out news like “Rodgers will be back soon” and “Davante adams could be a jet next year”. I dont get how they make it so hard. Hackett has been around football his whole life. Can’t believe he is this bad at finding weaknesses in defense. Just matriculating the ball down the field can be done with any semi pro qb. Zach is a garbage, but with Hackett they form and even deadlier combo… cue dumpster fire pic
