6 more games for Fields to show he is the qb the bears should build around. If he keeps playing like he did today, that decision will be an easy one

If Harbaugh were to become the Bears head coach, with Frazier or Rivera as DC, I would expect he would be invaluable as a supportive mentor to a guy like Fields, considering his college and pro HC experience. If only…,

A QB running 18 times a game is unsustainable. That’s a starting running back’s load. If Fields is such a great passer, then let’s see him throw it 35 times a game.

The best ability is availability, and you can’t be “the most exciting QB in the league” standing on the sidelines.

Didn’t Jalen Hurts make it to the Super Bowl last season and rushed for 3 tds? But yea you’re right you won’t get anywhere with a rushing qb

LOL if you seriously think a rookie QB is going to be better. Especially Caleb, who went 1-5 in his last six.

MHJ, a tackle, and better coaching is what the Bears need. Getting a new quarterback only kicks the can down the road.

He’s our guy. Better than maye and Williams crying ass. He will hit more downfield targets when he gets more opportunities with Harbaugh or Johnson.

Keep him. You can’t accurately evaluate him in this context of incompetent coaching and the players he has had around him. He should have won yesterday.

There’s so much to go over, offensively and defensively, but I’ll boil it down in this post to coaching. Eberflus coached scared and it bit him in the ass. I’m not one to scream to fire the coach during the season, but he needs to go.
