I was 99% convinced this was actually Bioshock, but apparently not! Seems like a spiritual successor.
People geeking out cause of the bioshock look / feels but this, from the inxile website hypes me beyond everything: “The project is led by Game Director Chad Moore and Principal Designer Jason Anderson, who just happen to have created one of the greatest steampunk RPGs of all time—Arcanum”

Activision owns the rights to Arcanum, but Tim Cain has the source code. Cain even said recently that he tried compiling Arcanum for win10 /11 and it worked flawlessly.
Maybe it’ll be more like bioshock infinite was going to be before a bunch of content was cut?
Here’s hoping. The past and future stuff seems very neat.
Looks really cool but I am kinda disappointed that inexile isn’t working on a isometric rpg like wasteland. There are already so many good shooters I wonder what this one can bring to the table.
This was a very welcome surprise during the showcase. Between this and starfield, I’m actually not too broken up about a lack of Banjo-Kazooie.
