I don’t think Flus should stay but if he does then yes, Fields should stay. Having another lame duck coach draft a QB when he won’t be around the next year is the endless cycle this team goes through. The coach + QB need to be on the same timeline for once.

They should have 2 head coaches. Offensive and defensive. One gets all the draft picks one year and the other gets them the next. If you don’t have picks you could trade with your own team 😂, or get what need through free agency and undrafted players.
