It always amazing me how quickly my resting heart rate spikes when I begin feeling sick

    I was getting dizzy for a few hrs yesterday and my watch warned me that heart rate was too high. It calmed down later after I went and played down.

    Wow that’s crazy, I noticed something similar too. I had COVID a couple weeks ago (had it really bad!) and my heart rate was so high for a few days when I started wearing it again, it said I worked out for 30+ mins when I think it was just my heart working extra hard…

    I noticed the same thing this week. I’m almost never sick but got hit pretty hard with cough/fever. Resting heart rate shot way up.

    Going through the same currently. Tested positive for COVID (first time ever actually) Tuesday morning and could see my resting HR starting to spike on Monday already. Should be fine again once we’re through it! Get well soon!
