    I think the secret is to be building joint strength by running for 40 years.

    It’s funny, I want to beat his record now, but know it is impossible - I would have had to start competing in triathlons 20 years ago. It’s highly doubtful that I’ll be doing triathlons in my 80’s, 40 years from now.
