The NFL is installing a hybrid field for a pair of games in Frankfurt next month, a year after players complained about slipping on the natural grass surface in Munich.

    I still can’t believe Germany gets this game after all the duds they sent to England. Still having nightmares about that Vikings v Browns game

    Denver had a hybrid field and got rid of it. As the grass got torn up towards the winter, they could only seed the grass instead of replace it. Now, they’ll replace the center section or the entire field if need be. Can’t do that with a hybrid field.
