The Nuu‑chah‑nulth Tribal Council (NTC) is calling on Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) to ground their review of the Salmon Allocation Policy (SAP) in respect, legality and the full implementation of constitutionally protected Indigenous fishing rights.
