        To each their own. I only use treadmills for running. Running in rain is unpleasant and running in snow can be unsafe.

          I’m running in the rain, just running in the rain! What a horrible feeling, suffering in pain!

      If it snowed out, I’m either getting exercise by shoveling the walkway outside my house, or the street’s already been plowed and I can bike.

      Exercising in cold is more dangerous, but rain is great, active cooling

    I only walk in the treadmill before I start and after running. Why someone walks inside of a building? Or I am too European to understand?
