Hm, it seems like the “victims” are still alive and not even in prison.

Bovino is just making shit up. I saw a video of him last week, seemed so happy to be tossing a tear gas/ HC canister at US citizens just standing around. I wait impatiently for his comeuppance.
It doesnt matter why he was there. He was filming them, not threatening them.
