    I don’t know the details of this case, but wouldn’t that mean YouTube was collecting and selling the children’s personal data?

    Disney gross profit for the twelve months ending June 30, 2025 was $35.557B.

    They were fined 0.02812386% of their gross profits for one year. In “normal person terms”. The median household income in 2023 was $80,610. After taxes, this would be approximately $60k. After bills and such, this household will be able save approximately $7k (we’ll call that gross profits). If Disney was this household, then they’d get fined $197. That would totally make them never do that again.

    Edit: Since Disney is a US company, I used US averages/figures.
