As a guy, sitting down to pee is far superior. Fite me!
I’ve had a period of my life where I preferred sitting down, but I’m back at preferably standing up. Main advantages are:
- less likely to spend half an hour on my phone
- (On public/work toilets) lower risk of sitting down on someone else’s pee
