Why are there still users there? The current user experience is on par with Facebook or Nextdoor. Just awful.
Because most normies genuinely do not know what they could otherwise have. They’ve been drenched in capitalist/corporatist propaganda for decades. As long as it’s not the platform itself calling them a retard, they’ll come back again and again for the more subtle abuse.
