I presume it is freely available there because of all the pos-mens and product integortion. It’s sort of just one big advertisement disguised as a 30 Rock episode.

Apparently most NBC affiliates refused to air it because aside from simply promoting the upcoming fall schedule, it heavily endorsed the then-new streaming service Peacock. They saw that as a potential means of leading viewers away from them.
Which makes sense from the standpoint of a traditional broadcast business, but if 2020 proved anything was true, it was that streaming services are the new king. Traditional broadcast TV is the horse-drawn carriage business in an automobile world.
