So I just finished two really cool builds on my ground floor, though now it tells me that I cannot place any more decorations because I’ve hit the cap (not the overall cap, the cap within a chunk). Compared to guild halls, they softened the chunk limit by quite a bit (so they said on stream), though it’s not nearly enough.

I have 2 rooms decorated and I cannot decorate any others because the chunk takes up almost the whole house basically, reaching towards the cellar and the second floor.

It’s really unfortunate to see that they kept the chunk limit for homesteads because this is the exact reason why guild halls are still useless in terms of decorating to this very day.

Not gonna lie, I’m quite disappointed and actually lost motivation to further decorate my home now because … well … I can’t. So keep this limit in mind when planning your homestead. My dearest wish is that they fix this.

Please raise the furniture cap within a chunk by a good amount. Don’t let the great potential of homesteads go to waste by such an easy-to-fix thing.
