This is an accurate description of my first attempt to make pancakes.
Spoiler alert: it did not work out too well.The size guide they put on pancake boxes never makes any sense anyways. Who tf is making silver dollar pancakes anyways?
I’m all over the silver dollar size. Lots more crispy edges and less doughy over all.
