Did anyone else hear the loud boom in DTLA?

I don’t know it it’s the boom you heard, but there’s a homeless guy who gets large aerial fireworks from someone, rides his bike around skid row and sets them off. I’ve lived here for seven years and it’s been happening the entire time.
Yup. I hear loud booms at least weekly. I posted mainly as an in joke about the plethora of boom threads on /r/LosAngeles.
