    I still think a remake could be in order, but now Austin finds out about transgender, but he’s like super into it because it just means more opportunities to shag and he’d be like “Shaggadellic baby…”

        Might have been the inspiration for the fever dream.

        Like maybe the fem fatale is Laverne Cox and Elliot Page plays Austins plucky sidekick.

        Austin never really figures it out, but has some field good monologue about it just being important to be who you are.

        It would either be the best movie ever, or it would be terrible.

    I remember seeing it with friends at college and they stole one of the 60’s flower decorations from the theater. Wonder if anyone still has it?

    In 3 years it will be as long from when the movie came out as the length of time that Austin was frozen.

    Great movie, mostly stands up to modern scrutiny, soundtrack has some fantastic gems on it…

    Missus.

    Put on the telly, to the BBC yeah yeah yeah!

      Understandable, it is a very special kind of humor. You either like it or it is very hard to suffer(cringe) through.

      For me it is a gem.

      Yep, I’m another one, the movies humor just isn’t my cup of tea.

      It does still have some great quotes that are still with us.
