Hi!

I’m trying to get a better understanding of the longer term reliability of this instance. Is there any kind of about page or similar where I can read up on how it’s setup, financed, managed etc?

    I’m really glad you added that exception to rule 6, by the way. I won’t say it was the determining factor for my selection of this instance, but it certainly didn’t hurt.

    Also, good job fixing the json issue from a couple days ago!
