Flock Contract? None of the stores around me have cameras, from what I’ve noticed. 'Least in comparison to the Lowes and Home Depot, they seem to wear it with pride.

Your local store may use a less identifiable ALPR such as the Axon models that are coming to light, or may somehow be unaffected, but all the ones in my area have straight up flock cameras outside of them.

ALPRs are mentioned in their privacy policy: https://www.costco.com/f/-/privacy-policy

'Preciate that, chief. Something that is notable though is that I can’t find a reference to any external parties in their ALPR section. Usually you see some clause disclaiming that they “Collect this data through a third party that is not governed under this privacy notice,” or something in that vein.

I am personally not going to give the benefit of the doubt to a corporation who I have witnessed working with Flock, or any entity using the 4th amendment breaking “ALPR” technology in general.
