Socialism enables authoritarism (Trump would love it) and is generally a flawed system. I’m from a socialist country. Well, it used to be. Balanced capitalism is way better than a socialist state - trust me. Just look at developed EU countries and Scandinavia. It’s a good mix between socialism and capitalism, not pure system of one or another. Pure socialism or communism has never worked and will never work, this is something people with lack of knowledge and experience thinks. Humans just don’t work like that. Studies have shown that it can work up to few hundred people, meaning small communities, but not countries.
It has always felt funny to me how people who lived in socialism prefers capitalism and people who lived in late-stage-capitalism prefers socialism. The doomed cycle, history sure loves irony.
The only thing I can recommend to you is don’t take example of capitalism from USA. It is not a balanced system. It’s broken and has been broken for quite some time
I don’t know if Russians and Russian news is a good source of capitalism propaganda. I learned English only relatively recently, but used to consume their content for most of my life.
Do you think socialism or communism DOESN’T have any incentives?
Why are you even asking that? That’s not my argument and I never said that.
It’s mostly unrelated. People themselves want to work or accomplish something in life, unrelated to the government or system. If they don’t, they won’t no matter the system.
You could literally ask this question about passive income or unemployment money under capitalism.
I’m from a socialist country. Well, it used to be.
So, France, Italy, Spain, Britain, or any one of the various European countries that a running socialist programs? Or one of the eastern block countries that were run under the party dictatorship disguised as communism?
Oh, and the Hoover Institute? That’s a right wing think tank made to reinforce bullshit ideas like “trickle down economics” that prop up the ultra rich of America.
Just keep eating up that “capitalism is actually great!” propaganda. While the most capitalist country in the world continues to eat itself.

Were you fed a lot of antisocialist propaganda from years ago? Do you think socialism or communism DOESN’T have any incentives?

Okay buddy
Continues enjoying a well balanced capitalism and social systems
I wonder if you actually believe more capitalist countries shit the bed instead of socialist ones
You should learn what those words mean before talking to adults about them.
I’m almost certain I know about both more than you. Not many have actually gone thru both and spent obsessively studying it’s effects.
