Something’s uncanny about Putin here, is this a body double, AI, a much older photo, or has he had some work done recently?

  Looks like the photo is about 12 years old, I put the link on TinEye and one of the earliest appearances is this April 2014 article:

No advertising, brand promotion, or guerrilla marketing.
