Lawnchair is a free, open-source home app for Android.

Yeah, it’s FOSS. Licensed under Apache 2.0 https://github.com/LawnchairLauncher/lawnchair/blob/15-dev/LICENSE.txt

You don’t need play store to install it (I use obtainium).

I recommend installing either a nightly or beta release.
