No, that’s sad. You don’t go to a kid with cancer and say “Well that’s unfortunate.”.
I’m european, so I’m not sensitized to the current situation in american cities. I hear lots of thrilling, I get annoyed. I still recognize it’s a good thing. Where did I go wrong?

Probably when your primary response to a fascist attack on innocent people is complaining about your auditory annoyances.

You don’t need to be sensitized to state violence to recongnize that the most important thing in a scene is not whether it sounds nice to you.

I do when I have other things going on in my life. Like hypersensitivity, mind numbing work, multiple psychological illnesses. I also completely recognized that these are good. You do not understand nuance. I can find something good and still don’t like it. Take things like sports or veggies as examples. Both things lots of people do not like, but agree help immensely with no downside to speak of, next to the uncomfortableness. It just so happens that this tool for fighting fascism isn’t the prettiest.

What I’m asking myself is why can I not say something and be taken literal. Not be interpreted into and just be left the fuck alone. Disagree if you like to, but don’t interpret some made up bullshit into what I said because you infer my personailty from other people online. I am probably the least typical person out there. I am bisexual, I have adhd, I am gifted, I am hypersensitive, I was bullied into suicide attempts from the day I went to kindergarden to my last day in school, I have multiple physical anomalies like hyperelastic fascia or low bodyweight at weird levels of strength, which is partly of my ridiculously high metabolism, causing me to eat 2-3 times normal calories or else I’ll just slowly die. I could go on, but I’m sure you’re uninterested, because you think I think I’m special. bit the truth is, only people like that understand that there is no way you’re ever accepted by anyone. No matter how hard you try, people will always misunderstand you. Even if you meet someone that’s such freak show like you, you will never understand each other, because you are just too different. So fuck you, fuck your thoughts about me go on with your life. I have but one person similar to me in my life. I have but one person that understands me. And I am ridiculously lucky to have one.

No I am not a “republican”, which doesn’t even make sense, because I’m german, no I’m not a “lib”, no I am not a “holy centrist”, no I am not whatever you think of me. Unless, that is, a socialist, leftist, anarchist… And yes you can partially support them at the same time, such as anarchism on virtual spaces and socialism in everyday life. Don’t tell I don’t because I fucking do.

I hate this world sometimes. Because of it’s inadequacy to accept me. Which is insane, because I’m supposed to be in one of the most special accepting communities in existence.

I have no friends. And no, it’s not bevause of the way I talk, you’re a stranger. I don’t talk like this in real life.

I didn’t call you any type of political affiliation. I just think you’re kind of an asshole. Or more likely autistic and when criticized for responding inappropriately, instead of recognizing “oh yeah, that’s my autism”, you argue about people criticizing you.

You know, if people actually once told me I was responding inappropriately and why, then I might actually listen. :)

Would you like to point where you told me I was responding inappropriately and why that would be?

When a serious video about people being harmed is presented, trivial complaints about personal aesthetics are inappropriate. Doing so implies the event being recorded is at a level of seriousness where minor criticisms are expected.

If you’re watching a fashion show, criticizing a dress for being ugly is entirely appropriate. If you’re watching that same model in the same dress tearfully talk about her sexual assault, it is not.

You did not, no. Sorry If I did you wrong there. And I was tested for a lot of things. Autism was negative. Sorry to disappoint, little ableist pig.

                    Ok, so just asshole then.

But seriously, might be worth a second evaluation. And to be very clear, this is not an insult, because autistic is not an insult, but it sure would explain a lot of this interaction.

We should not be criticizing resistance to oppression.

You can disagree, and you can perform your own resistance, but we should not discredit resistors no matter how annoying it may be, or even how aggressive it might be.

I specifically said they’re important. I did not find them faulty, which is what criticism is about. To some extend, an annoying whistle can even be beneficial. Being heard better, or serving as a source of confusion for adversaries.

Doesn’t change the fact it’s a high pitched rattling noise that makes my head ache.

You lot are waaaay too sensitive.
And you need to make sure that what you say something is, is actually that by definition.

              That’s criticism

Yeah, see, this is what fucking Republicans do. They say that they’re in favor of something, but it’s “annoying” or “unfair” and therefore they won’t support it when push comes to shove.
