It’s a PieFed feature - I created the feed, so I curate a list of communities that go in it. PeerTube feeds are treated like any other community on PieFed. :)

A PeerTube instance would be good for that.
I do put stuff on peertube but more people see it on Mastodon + Lemmy

Here is my Peertube. But I haven’t been posting to it recently since I realized it’s just as easy to post a video directly to Mastodon.
