At a press briefing, officials say Robinson is in custody after he confessed or implied to a family member that he was responsible.

The suspect is still at large - officials earlier said they found a high-powered rifle in woods near where Kirk was shot.

Also, “high powered rifle” essentially means “not a 22”.
