Depending on the van, you can have a shower and a compositing toilet. I rented a Sprinter van in California that had both and a super small oven - worked remotely for two weeks and drove to several national parks before I returned to Missouri and the real world.
Should check out Trent the Traveler on YouTube, he has a nice sprinter van that has a pretty great layout. It’s basically a mobile gaming van. But he has a nice stove and oven as well.

That is actually a pretty big stove for a van! I was expecting like 1 heat plate.
IIRC, it was a two burner and the oven was just big enough for a small frozen pizza or a tray of breakfast and bake cookies.
