Sync allows user tagging, but it’s a feature of the Ultra version since those tags are stored on sync’s private server. Ultra got a few other perks such as in-app translation, text extraction (from pictures / screenshots) etc., but it’s rather pricey.

I use sync and yeah it’s paid, but I thought it was worth it
